Our active alignment assembly equipment can automatically assemble the projection lens and display panel inside AR glasses, without the need for cumbersome manual alignment. This equipment greatly improves assembly efficiency, saving time and costs.
Asymmetric Angle Projection for Higher Precision
Our equipment features two sets of six-axis robotic arms, one holding the projection lens and the other holding the display panel. To meet the requirement for projection angles, we have adopted an asymmetric design to increase precision and stability and avoid the impact of angle deviation.
Automatic Feeding and Sorting for More Convenient Operation
Our equipment also has an automatic feeding function, which can transport the components that need to be assembled to the robotic arm automatically, achieving a higher degree of automation. In addition, the equipment can sort the components according to product quality to achieve more precise assembly.
Small Size, High Precision
Both the lens and panel have a size of approximately 10mm and require high-precision assembly, which is also a major selling point of our equipment. Through active alignment technology and the flexible operation of robotic arms, we can achieve high-precision assembly of small components, improving product quality and reliability.
